Hourly Hands On Coaching                $35/hour

Hourly Hands On Coaching                $25/hour per person
 - 2 to 3 person group

Hourly Hands On Coaching

Motor Pacing                                        $25-$35/hour
 - depending upon availability
   of driver

Video camera use for instant critique and explanation
 - for use in individual and small group sessions

Sprint clinics
 - technique
 - tactics
 - basic workouts
 - video taping of 200m time trials and match sprint
    practice

The sprint clinics are scheduled for March 1 and
June 7, both running from 1pm to 4pm. Cost is $60
per rider with a maximum of 10 riders per clinic.
